General information: Devin Spa and climatic resort is gifted by the nature with numerous mineral water springs and beautiful landscape. It is situated in the valley extension of Devinska River, in the Rodope Mountain, just 44 km away from Smolyan city.

Climate: The climate in Devin spa resort is continental with mountain impact. Devin has a great number of sunny days throughout the year, extremely mild winters and cool summers and fresh air. Devin is protected from cold and violent westerly and north westerly winds due to the ridges that surround the town.

Mineral water: The mineral water in Devin region is the main healing – prophylactic factor in the resort. There are 4 hydrothermal springs with similar physical and chemical characteristics. The mineral springs in the resort mainly differ in temperature. The mineral water is slightly mineralized and possesses high level of alkalinity.
