Sunny Beach Spa and Wellness

Location: Sunny Beach resort complex is situated right beside the northern beach of the Picturesque Nessebar Peninsula, 6 km northwest from the historical and architectural reserve- Nessebar (included in the UNESCO list for World Cultural and Natural Heritage).

In addition to the favorable sea climate, healing and prophylaxis natural factors in the resort is the sea water, beaches of fine golden sand, possibilities for solar – aerial procedures during the warm seasons.

Mineral water: There are some hydrothermal drillings with approximately similar physical and chemical characteristics as the sea water, but with higher temperature. One of the promising mineral water springs can be described as highly mineralized, hypo-thermal with slightly alkaline reaction, small flow rate, chloride sodium calcium magnesium containing, with content of radon, hydrogen sulfide, bromine and meta silica acid.

Application: The mineral water in the resort can be used for spa treatment of neurosis, neurasthenia and depression, as well as for medication of some cardiovascular diseases.

Facilities: There are numerous hotel complexes, holiday inns and private lodgings in the resort. Besides the solar-aerial and sea baths, visitors could take advantage of water healing and physical procedures in most of the hotels complexes, which have prophylactic-medical and curative facilities. An attractive and modern aqua parks offer great number of entertaining facilities. Most of the hotels have their own swimming pools.
