Russian Journalists Arrive on Wine Tour in Bulgaria

Russian journalists from specialized media arrive on one-week wine tour in Bulgaria.
Bulgarian Industry Centre in Moscow organizes the tour. The journalists are from the famous Russian editions: ‘Independent wine club', ‘Enoteka' and ‘Drinks'.

Main purpose is the journalists' publications after the one week wine tour to present to the Russian public with the Bulgarian wine and its production.

Bulgaria's Plovdiv Hosts International Technical Fair

Bulgaria's Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev officially opened the 63rd International Technical Fair in the country's second largest city of Plovdiv on Monday.

Companies from 48 countries will take part in the expo, Germany, Italy, India, and Moldova among them.

New models of cars, buses and trucks will be showed at the auto-saloon, which is to be held for sixth time in a row during the fair.

European Holidaymakers Visiting Bulgaria

Holidaymakers from different countries are continuing to take breaks in Bulgaria, according to new figures.

Bosses at the Zlatni Pyasatsi resort stated that there had been a massive influx of tourists coming from Russia, reports the Sofia Echo.

Figures from tourism officials also showed that Bulgaria was highly popular among holidaymakers from the UK and Germany.

While the market share of these countries was found to have reduced slightly, it was still described as "well developed",...

Russian Journalists Start Wine Tour of Bulgaria

Journalists from specialised independent Russian publications will start a one-month wine tour of Bulgaria.

The organiser of the event was the Bulgarian Industrial Centre in Moscow.
The initiative wanted to popularise Bulgarian wine and its production in Russia through the journalists' publications, Alexander Ivanov, chief specialist from the centre said.
