Dnevnik has learned that a Virgin Islands-registered company has bought the Vitosha ski lifts.

Elora Management Limited bought the 2 ski lift operators - Aleko Sport 99 and Vereinigte Bergbahnen Bulgaria, from Austria's Vereinigte Bergbahnen GmbH.

The court register shows that Elora Management Limited is connected to Yulen, the company operating the skiing facilities in the Bansko resort under a concession arrangement.

The 9th issue of „Hunting and weapon, Fishing and free time” exhibition will take place in Inter Expo and Congress Centre – Sofia from 11 to 15th of April. The exhibition gathers almost all of the great producers, importers and representatives of the world famous brands of fishing tackles, weapons, specialized clothing, outfit and etc.

Bulgarians will get the chance to select national symbols starting April 4, head of Bulgarian Association for Business and Tourist Information (BABTI) Daniela Simidcheva said.

Symbols are divided into three categories. The first one includes natural landmarks and cultural and historic heritage. The second category will show symbols of Bulgarian customs and traditions and the third one will present Bulgarian folklore and cuisine.

Traditional preparations for Easter in Bulgaria already started.
On April 5, known as Holy Thursday people start colouring eggs. According to traditions, egg decoration should start early in the morning.

Another day during which egg colouring can take place is the Saturday before Easter.

The international interest to Bulgaria as a hunting tourism destination grows thanks to efforts of foresters and employees in the forest sector, reported Nihat Kabil at the opening of ‘Forest Week'.
President Georgy Parvanov, leader of NDSV party Simeon Sax Coburg Gotha, representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and National Forest Management attended the yesterday's opening.
