Bansko Lives in the Rhythm of Jazz

The festival gathers 200 musicians from 16 countries.
Virtuoso Milcho Leviev won the admiration of both the local people and the foreign tourists.

The beautiful Bulgarian mountain resort of Bansko is living in the rhythm of jazz. For a whole week, the local people and guests of the town will enjoy the musical talent of some 200 participants in the Tenth Jubilee Festival. „Lighthouse Golf Resort” near Balchik

The shaping work of the first six holes at Lighthouse Golf Resort, Bulgaria is progressing well and the installation of the drainage system has started. Three of the blocks located at Green District are on a shale stage, the construction of the other three blocks are already updated. Ian Woosnam is working alongisde European Golf Design on this course and at Pirin Golf Club too. Construction is underway on an 18 hole, par 71 course in Bulgaria. 150 Million Euro Will Enter the Economy in Vidin Region

The mayor of Vidin, Mr ivan Tsenov, signed a memorandum for investment intentions with a finance group “Delamore & Owl”, according to which the group will support 25 projects to the total value of 150 million Euro. This was announced by the local online media Vidin.info.
The projects are part of the strategic plans of Vidin and are grouped in several directions. These are ecology, infrastructure, communication, tourism and social health activities.

Golf resort project unveiled for Straldja area

A British citizen has secured the approval of the local municipal authorities for the construction of two golf courses in the village of Aleksandrovo, South-eastern Bulgaria.

The project will be implemented by Solas Nua Aleksandrovo, a company wholly-owned by one Sharon Smith.
The 250-300 mln euro investment will be deployed in annual increments of some 20 mln euro or so over the next decade, said Valentina Marinova, chairperson of the city council in Straldja, the municipality that has...

Varna City - Summer Capital of Bulgaria

Varna is the largest city on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, 3rd largest in Bulgaria after the capital of Sofia and Plovdiv city (Central Bulgaria).

Varna is 91st-largest in the EU, with a population of 357,752.
