Bulgaria and Indonesia to Promote Each Other's Tourism

The visit of Indonesia's Minister of Culture and Tourism Jero Wachik in Bulgaria continued Saturday with discussions about how the two countries can promote the tourism contacts between one another.

100,000 Ukrainian Tourists Visit Bulgaria Yearly

Round 100, 000 Ukrainians visit Bulgaria yearly with purpose tourism money .bg announced.

Round 80,000 million USD is the yearly stock exchange between both countries, the Ukrainian ambassador for Bulgaria Victor Kalnik said on the meeting with the major of Varna Kiril Jordanov.

Record Numbers Head for 'Black Sea, White Teeth' Holiday

Record numbers of holidaymakers are flying out to Bulgaria this summer for sun, sea, sand – and cheap dental treatment.

That's according to UK company, Dentaprime Dental Clinic who report rocketing figures for their summer 2008 bookings from UK residents looking to combine a trip to the dentist with their holiday.

Borovets still snowy, last tourists to arrive in April

The last charter fligts with tourists for the Borovets ski resort are due to arrive in the beginning of April, Borosport, the company which manages the facilities of Botovets told The Sofia Echo.

The season will be closed officially when the snow melts. During season 2006/2007, skiing was possible until May 10 2007.

Currently the snow coverage varies from 0.6m in the lower areas to two m at the Markudjitsite (Markudjik 1, 2, 3 and 4 ski runs), Borosport said.

New Modern Yacht Port to be Constructed in Southern Ravda

Super modern yacht port will be built in Ravda seaside village in two years as the project will cost of 30 million EUR, money.bg announced.
The port will go 480 meters inside the sea. Its common surface will be over 24, 000 square meters and will accommodate 450 boats.

Half of the positions are for sailing vessels over 30 meters.

The marine will have modern infrastructure, opportunity for wireless Internet, store-repairing base and shops.
