Belogradchik Municipality is winner in the ‘Thracian Spirit of Bulgaria' contest.
That was officially announced by the SAT chairman Anelia Krushkova. The best project is chosen between 22 competitors municipalities.

Despite the intensive participation, the sociologist Antonii Galabov commented that, the projects haven't been prepared professionally and the contest's idea wasn't got right.

Summer Expo & Extreme Market Expert Exposition is about to open in Bulgaria's capital on May 8-11.

The event that will happen for second year in a row will take place near Ariana Lake in the centre of Sofia.

This is the special place for people who love extreme experiences, high adrenaline and strong emotions during the summer season.

Round 600,000 tourists are expected to visit Kaliakra Cape this year, this was stated by the mayor of Kavarna municipality Tsonko Tsonev.
In an interview for local media he reminded that last year the visitors at the Cape were almost 500,000.

Mayor Tsonev added that the North - East seaside municipality is one of the few, which grants money for cultural advertisement and restoration of cultural-historical sites by themselves.

Especially for the needs of Danish tourists, which have increased with 65 %, the sea capital of Bulgaria Varna received a Danish council.
Round 60, 000 people have spend their vacation on Bulgarian Black sea coast last year, and during the upcoming season their amount is expected to reach 100, 000 people, the Danish ambassador claims.

Danish diplomats have expressed their desire to stimulate the trade and business between Denmark and Bulgaria.

700, 000 EUR will receive Doupnitsa Municipality (Southwestern Bulgaria) by EU funds for four projects, money.bg announced.

The Doupnitsa Municipality prepares four big ecology projects with large influence over the bio - balance recovering in the region.

The‘Rila' Park part of Rila Mountain, which is included in the municipality territory will be recovered by the ‘Let's reach new tourism horizons' project, which is common work with Vraniya Municipality.
