Albena welcomes the first tourists for the new holiday season

Flamingo Grand Hotel in Albena open doors today, to welcome the first tourists from Europe. They will be tempted by the new food menu and special relaxing spa procedures.

The winter season will be successful for the Bulgarian Tourism

The winter season will complete successfully, considering the number of tourists visiting the mountain resorts in Bulgaria. This was a forecast by the head of the Institute for Analysis and Assessment of the Tourism sector Rumen Draganov.

Despite of the problems on the Greek border, the high quality of the tourism product in Bansko and Sandanski, the number of tourists visiting Bulgaria remained intact.

Bulgaria Gets Special Award at Moscow Tourism Expo ITM

Bulgaria received a special prize at the fifth annual Intourmarket (ITM) expo in Moscow, Russia.

The prize was awarded to Bulgaria by the organizers for its participation and support for the forum, and was presented to the Bulgarian delegation by the Executive Director of the World Tourism Organization, Zoltan Somogyi.

Bulgaria Presented on Berlin Tourism Exhibition

The largest tourist expo – International Travel Trade Show, ITB, is opening in Berlin Tuesday with the participation of over 11 000 companies from 187 countries.

Bulgaria is represented by 32 tourist businesses and organizations with an exhibit displayed on 520 square meters. The motto of the 2010 presentation is - “Bulgaria – Modern, Year-Round Tourist Destination.”
