Belogradchik applies for a Geo park statute at UNESCO

Russian students from the Geography faculty of the Moscow university “Michail V. Lomonosov” will have a professional training in Belogradchik, announced BTA. The students will study the territory of the Belogradchik rocks for a period of 14 days.

Belogradchik and the Moscow university are cooperating for the sixth year in a row.
The young scientists will help the municipality to present the “”Belogradchik rocks” as an European Geo park.

A helicopter ride is the newest attraction in Sunny Beach

Now that the summer season is in its peak moment Nessebar and Sunny Beach resorts offer numerous attractions and entertainment facilities.
The hottest attraction this year is a helicopter flight over the bay. Our representatives in the resorts informed us that a 7 minute ride in the sky cost around 140 Euro, and ten minutes are 170 Euro.

Diplomats took part in Todoroff Golf Challenge

TODOROFF wine- cellar chose Pirin Golf & Country Club for its first golf tournament after 6 year break - TODOROFF GOLF CHALLENGE.

For a short period of time the company managed to establish itself as one of the best producers of high-quality wine in Bulgaria. The awards, won by the wine-cellar, are proof of it- the TODOROFF Teres Merlot 2001 was the first Bulgarian wine to win a medal at the international competition Vinalies Internationales’ 2003 in Paris, France.

Vratsa tourism development project “Tourism without season”

The project “Tourism without season” is estimated to cost 6 milion BGN and it foresees the construction of an attraction complex nearby the Ledenika cave, which will be one of its kind in Europe.

The project is already presented and awaits approval.

The cave will offer modern lights and sound technologies, which do not impact the natural phenomenon.

Bansko will substitute an old stadium with a modern sport centre

The construction of a sport-recteation centre is being discussed in Bansko. The idea was presented before the municipal councils, the municipal administration and representatives of the hotelier business today.

The sport centre will be spread on a total area of 34 000 square metres and will include a completely renovated football field with over 8 000 covered seats, a parking lot for 800 vehicles and halls for different sports, conference halls, reception desks, lobby bars, swimming pool,...
