Bulgaria decreases three times the Danube Bridge fee

Bulgaria decreases some of the charges for the Danube Bridge from Bulgaria to Romania, the Bulgarian minister of foreign affairs Nikolay Mladenov said, BGNES reported.

The fee for cars passing through the Danube Bridge will be just 2 euro. The fee for vans and tracks between 3,5 and 7,5 tons will become 4 euro. For buses the charge is to be decreased from 25 euro to 8 euro.

The Cabinet Grants 10M to Bulgaria's Wonders

10M leva grant for the promotion of Bulgaria's ten most important wonders will be awarded at a special ceremony in the National Museum of History tomorrow. Few minutes before the awarding PM Boyko Borissov will sign the checks with the exact amount for the restoration and preservation of each of the cultural and historical sites. Amer Sports Expands Bulgarian Ski Plant

The Finnish company Amer Sports, will receive a "Class A" investor status from the Bulgarian government for its project to expand the ski factory in Bulgarian mountain resort Chepelare.

The Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, Energy, and Tourism announced that Amer Sports plans to invest BGN 7.8 M in the expansion of the "Pamporovo Ski" factory, which it bought in 2008 for EUR 5 M (BGN 10 M).

The Finnish company Amer Sports has a market share of about 30% on the global ski market.

Chepelareada 2011 – the different ski competition

Chepelare ski resort nearby Pamporovo presents a completely different snow competition at the foot of the Rhodope mountain in Bulgaria. Everyone is invited to participate and compete. Magura Cave's prehistoric drawings apply for UNESCO

The Cave drawings preserved from the prehistoric period in the Magura Cave will apply for the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Belogradchik Municipality has already started the applying procedure.

The cave drawings depict cult and hunting scenes, dancing women and men’s figures and the annual sun calendar. The pictures are 12 000 years old. These are cultural human evidences from the prehistoric period until the Bronze Age.
