The archaeologist team of Bulgaria's Georgi Kitov has unearthed precious jewels, dating back from second or third century in Drumeva Mound near the Town of Sliven, the manager of the expedition himself announced.
The scientists found golden earrings, silver bracelets and three bronze rings in a Roman brick tomb of woman, buried in the mound.

A new 4-star business hotel has opened on Sofia's Simeonovsko Shose boulevard. Silver House offers a total of 70 Internet-ready rooms, including luxury suites and VIP apartments. Underground parking, gym and 60-seat conference room are listed among the hotel amenities. The owner of the hotel, local company MD Interimpex, is currently building a second hotel in Sofia. Varna municipality said it looked at Sofia as an example for its decision to introduce a paid-parking zone in the city. Different from Sofia's "blue zone" however, Varna decided to call it the "green zone", Bulgarian-language zagrada.bg said.
Traffic was a major problem for the city and reason for the municipality to decide to establish three zones for paid parking in the city, deputy mayor Svilen Kraychev told Bulgarian news agency BTA.

Bulgarian archaeologists have excavated a Thracian tomb in the south-eastern Bulgarian municipality of Tsarevo, Focus news agency said.
The tomb had a semi-cylindrical arch. According to the archaeologist Daniela Agre tombs of this type has never been discovered so far in the Strandzja mountains.
The tomb had been partially destroyed, presumably by treasure hunters, Agre said. Agre called for amendments to the law and tougher sanctions on treasure hunting, Focus news agency said.
