Jazzanova and Landslide to Visit Bulgarian Black Sea Coast

The music formations Jazzanova and Landslide will be special guests to a series of parties on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
DJ Deep & Chateau Flight, Michael Rutten and Michael Reinboth arrive as well for the summer evenings in Varna.

The sea concerts will be dedicated to the new jazz, chill out, latino jazz, bossa nova, drum'n'bass, house and the break beat sounding.

"Pirinland" Amusement Park for EUR 100 M Might Be Built in Bulgaria's Razlog

The Bulgarian company Alpha Finance Holding intends to construct an amusement park in the mountain resort of Razlog, the newspaper Pari reported Tuesday.

The holding is currently developing several different projects for the new amusement park, which is expected to cost about EUR 100 M, and will be named "Pirinland" after Pirin Mountain located nearby.

The Pirinland is supposed to be located on the territory of the former cellulose and paper plant in Razlog, which has been closed down...

Two New Easy Jet Routes to Ski Slopes

Two new routes from Manchester Airport to Sofia and Geneva are to be launched later this year by easyJet.

The airline has said it will start a service to Sofia on December 11 and a day later flights to Geneva will commence, offering ski fans a route to Bulgarian resorts such as Bansko and Pamporovo in the Pirin Mountain range and many resorts in the Alps.

Flights to Geneva will operate nine times a week, and one-way tickets will start from £29.99, while the Sofia route will be available...

Turkish tycoon mulls retail center, hotel for Svilengrad

Turkish businessman Sudi Ozkan plans to build a 5-star hotel in Svilengrad, South-eastern Bulgaria, to cater to the Turkish and Greek customers that will be visiting his casinos in the city., said an official from Princess, an Ozkan company that runs hotels in Sofia and Plovdiv. The company has already bought a land plot for the hotel in immediate proximity to Ozkan's just-opened Nimphes casino in Svilengrad. Krivodol Municipality Will Develop History Tourism in Bulgaria

Krivodol municipality will develop history tourism. The administration prepares a project for the revival of the prehistoric settlement in the Gradeshnitsa village and the Roman villa in Urovene village, Darik news informed. The municipal will apply for financial support by OP “Regional Development” with the project.
