The Bulgarian movement “Blue Flag” announced that the international jury of the program “Blue Flag” praised 2884 beaches and 627 yacht ports in the northern hemisphere.

Artmospheric Festival 2010 will take place from 21st till 24th of May, at a new location - the road to the old querries above Vladaya village, an area within Vitosha Natural Park, Bulgaria.

On Friday 21st, our host will be Sofia Dub Club's ambient tea house providing the best artmospheric introduction.

The eighth festival of the Strandzha Rhododendron gathered over 700 guests, the festival bears the name of the unique for the region shrub, which blossoms in May and June and was accepted as a symbol of the mountain.
The festival takes place ever since 2003 in different parts of the mountain.

Diplomats from different countries will arrive in Stara Zagora, invited by the regional governor Iordan Nikolov. The ambassadors will attend the start of the national project “The birth of Europe History and Reality”, which is being organized in cooperation with the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency to popularize the Neolithic homes in Stara Zagora.

The main goal of the event is to show the “Neolithic homes” to Europe and to mark the site on the international map of the culture tourism.

The hotels along the upper float of Arda River were completely occupied during the holidays, announced the mayor of Arda village – Emil Bashev.

The hotels for eco and rural tourism in the region of Arda, Mogilitsa and Smilyan marked a rise in the number of tourists. The guests of the hotels are mainly Bulgarians.
Some of the most popular activities were trekking in the mountain, horseback riding, alpine downhill by a rope in the canyons.
