About 28 mln Euro will be invested in Kroshuna village near Lovech, announced the mayor of Letnitsa municipality, Krasimir Dzhonev. The money will be put into the building of SPA centre with hotel and three balneosanatoriums.

Chairman of State Agency of Tourism (SAT) Anelia Krushkova will open today the international tourism market ‘Vacation & SPA Expo 2008' in the National Palace of Culture (NDK).
This is the 25th, jubilee edition of the expo.

Tourist agencies and hotels, and more than 20 municipal and regional associations are expected to present to the visitors of expo.

City Sightseeing Bulgaria plans to become the first company to offer bus tours in Sofia downtown, company official Branislava Nedyalkova told Dnevnik daily.

The firm would present detailed plans on February 22 2008, at the Holiday&Spa expo at the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Sofia.

Although it is yet to make a final decision on the routes that would be used for the tours and the locations for photo stops, but it hopes to launch the service in May, Nedyalkova said.

Bulgaria will be honoured guest at the international exhibition for hiking and adventure vacations “Destination Nature 2008”. The event will take place in Paris from 28 till 30 of March. All natural reserves and hiking routes in Bulgaria will be presented at the exhibition.

The adventure vacations like hiking, mountain biking, horse back riding, kayaking and rock climbing are very popular in Europe and this exhibition is an excellent opportunity for Bulgaria to show its natural resources and...

The Bulgarian Tourism Agency started an advertising campaign of Bulgarian tourism in Russia with four 30-minute clips.

The clips will be shown between February 18 and February 29 on the Rossiya Channel and on Channel One in the Russian cities of Yekaterininburg, Irkutsk, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Samara, Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Kransnodar, Perm, Rostov-na-Don, Omsk.

A second advertising campaign will take place in the same cities between May 5 and May 25. Three shorter clips will also...
